This development is celebrated for its beautifully crafted furnishings, artwork, and accessories that embrace a contemporary design aesthetic.

Molly Hawkins was granted creative freedom to infuse the space with her signature style, using Clay-Life brand colours to add a unique touch and complement the modern surroundings. Her work transformed the space significantly, with a mural set against the backdrop of angled walls and dark-painted features, enhancing the overall impact and creating a theatrical feel.

Molly described her experience: ‘The space was truly unique, perched on the water’s edge. The mural felt like part of a grand theatre set.’

Using a paper-cut collage technique, Molly crafted a design that capitalised on the layout of the space, creating a sense of flow and depth. It's remarkable how much murals can transform and elevate spaces. ‘Witnessing the delight and smiles it brought to the residents was truly heartening.’
